Commission Guidelines for Custom Portraits

Before signing up for a private commission, please review the following steps to understand the process:

Choose Your Size:
Decide on the dimensions for your finished portrait.

Initial Consultation:
We’ll schedule a phone call to discuss:
Costs
Reference photos
Final composition
Timeline for completion (typically 4-6 weeks)

Design & Approval:
Once I receive the reference photos, I will photoshop and make any color edits needed to create the final composition. You’ll have ample time to review and provide feedback or ask questions before I begin the final painting.

Completion & Shipping:
Upon completion, the painting will be carefully shipped to you, either flat or rolled, depending on its size.
